Electricians Talk is a peer driven electrical discussion forum that started out in 2006 in the UK, but is now global and has reached into other sectors of the construction industry, such as Plumbers Talk and Tilers Talk.

One day in April 2006 a bunch of tradespeople started a tile forum in the UK. Their plumber associates created a plumbing forum, and a bunch of electricians created the electricians forum.

We're independent to any social network so aren't just some group, we're an actual website with actual members that have manually (with their fingers) signed up, and not just added by their mates like how facebook groups work.
